Savannah attended a Christian Preparatory school from Kindergarten through the middle of her twelfth grade. At that time, she felt God's leading to leave all of that behind. She spent almost a full year living in Nicaragua in a village with no other English speaking people, reaching out to the community in Christian love. She is now back in the US attending college and working at a local bank as a bi-lingual teller.
In Nicaragua, she leads others in her gentleness, with a gift for knowing when people are hurting and just loving them. She is also an awesome "Nicaraguan" cook, helping prepare meals for the household of 11-20 young people on a daily basis. "Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised." Proverbs 31:30.
