Tim has owned a computer consulting business for the past 25+ years. He has also served as a youth pastor for a Baptist church for 4+ years. He has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology and an Associates Degree in Religion - Church Ministries from Fruitland Baptist Bible College. He is an ordained pastor and preaches regularly in different churches and on the mission field.
In Nicaragua, he is "Papa Tim" to all of the young men who stay with us. He leads them in Bible study and devotions daily, challenging them to grow and become the godly leaders that God has planned for them to be, leading them by example. He is a father figure to the ones who have lost their own fathers to the kidney disease that plagues the sugarcane workers. "Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you." Phillipians 4:9
